Bodega Ruca Malen Sparkling Extra Brut Traditional Method NV

£18.50

A delicate blend of Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes grown at high altitude in the Andean foothills, which combines a creamy texture and lingering freshness. The Pinot Noir and Chardonnay grapes harvested to make this traditional method sparkling are planted at 1,200m a.s.l., high in the Uco Valley mountains. Ruca Malen’ handful of exceptional vineyard sites are planted across a variety of microclimates and soils. There, the grapes benefit from the intense, luminous sunshine together with cooler night-time temperatures to yield grapes with both fruit concentration and exceptional freshness.
